Purchase Order Management
The Purchase Order module will provide the following functions:
- Create purchase orders and track purchases, costs, order status, vendor information and delivery dates
- Manage goods receipts
- Track vendor invoicing
- Integrate with Inventory module to update inventory count for purchases to stock
- Purchase requisition generated automatically when parts are issued based on min max levels
- Ability to track purchase order items on order, received or on back order
- 5 Levels of Approval
- Purchase orders can be printed or emailed
