Purchase Order Management

The Purchase Order module will provide the following functions:

  • Create purchase orders and track purchases, costs, order status, vendor information and delivery dates
  • Manage goods receipts
  • Track vendor invoicing
  • Integrate with Inventory module to update inventory count for purchases to stock
  • Purchase requisition generated automatically when parts are issued based on min max levels
  • Ability to track purchase order items on order, received or on back order
  • 5 Levels of Approval
  • Purchase orders can be printed or emailed
